I stayed for a five-hour layover, and the experience was quite pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the food was tasty, particularly the Laksa, and the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. The location is perfect for transit passengers, and I appreciated the shower facilities and the variety of snacks available.

We had a GOOD 1 night stay. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was fresh. The location in a "common area " was great and particularly good. It was also very close to Terminal 2 of the airport, Changi Airport and garden.

I was really frustrated with the noise levels; Perfect for heavy sleepers, but if you're sensitive to sound, forget it.
